2021 Lockdown

 A message from the owners of Doble Motorcycles

To all of our friends in the extended Doble Motorcycles family,

We have started 2021 in much the same way as we spent 2020, in lockdown to prevent the spread of the new variant of COVID-19. These are obviously testing times for us all but of course we would like to thank all of the front line staff of the NHS and emergency services, and all the critical workers for their tireless and vital work.

Here at Doble Motorcycles we are facing some restrictions in the way we operate our business however we are keen to stress that we we are still able to operate in a COVID-safe manner and in accordance with all government guidelines. We have listed below how we can still support our customers throughout this time.

Since November we have been refitting our new motorcycle and scooter showroom in one of the largest and most exciting projects in our 54 year history, which includes a relocated Clothing and Accessories Department and our all new Off-Road Centre. We cannot wait to welcome you all into our dealership again and share it with you!

New and used motorcycle sales

Our showrooms will be closed for customers to visit, so we will not be able to offer test rides nor show customers any bikes. However, we will still be contactable by phone and email and offer contactless delivery nationwide, allowing customers to still purchase bikes from the comfort of their own homes. We will also be offering a 'click and collect' service where customers can pick up their new bikes from a dedicated collection point outside our Service Centre.

Servicing, repairs and parts

The Service Centre will remain open for business as usual for all servicing, repairs and warranty work. If you already have a booking with us then please attend as usual, however if you would like to rearrange for another date then feel free to call us to do so. Our Parts department will be working on a 'click and collect' basis, so all orders must be placed in advance of collection. This can be done via phone or email parts@doble.co.uk. We will also offer delivery of parts via DPD for an additional cost.

Clothing and accessories

Our clothing and accessories department will be closed for customers to visit, however orders can be placed by phone or through our new website dobledirect.co.uk where we offering free delivery on all orders over £50. Customers are also welcome to utilise our 'click and collect' service.
